A: CFS Products utilizes multiple warehouses and manufacturers across the United States. We do this to keep shipping costs at an absolute minimum – avoiding additional costs by first bringing items into our California office.
The most frequently ordered binding supplies (coils, combs, covers, screw posts, etc.) ship from warehouses in New Jersey, California, Illinois and Texas – depending on stock availability and proximity to your delivery address.
Most drill bits and passport supplies/accessories ship from a central warehouse in the Chicago, IL area – however all items for the new HiTi Passport Photo System ship from California.
All of our Binding Machines ship direct from the manufacturers’ warehouses throughout the United States.
If you receive a partial order it is generally due to the items shipping from different locations – don’t worry there is never an additional shipping charge due to shipments from different locations. We always strive to do our best to let our customers know if there is a back order or delay in receiving your products.
