Stop Neglecting Your Paper Drill!
Are you having troubles with inconsistently drilled holes? Do you smell burning wood every time you try to drill? How about a problem with sheets ‘pressed’ together when you drill? While a paper drill can be a useful piece of equipment in any bindery or print shop, it is only useful if it is properly maintained. By sharpening or changing your drill bits routinely, as well as turning or replacing the drilling block or pads, you can extend the life of your drill.
CFS Binding Supplies is proud to carry replacement hollow paper drill bits (both standard and Teflon-coated), punches, drill blocks and pads for nearly every manufacturer on the market today (in addition to a number of discontinued machines). We also carry a full line of drilling supplies, such as drilling lubricant (Drill-Ease), drill bit sharpeners, and chip removal tools.
