Service and support – that’s what it’s all about as far as I’m concerned. When I buy a product, I want to be sure that someone will be there to help me when things go wrong – and given my history with stuff, it usually does. Shopping on the internet has made finding service and support even more difficult, but it’s certainly just as important. Let’s face it, some companies do service well and others don’t.
Dell is a company that I believe does service well. I can purchase a computer online and when things go wrong I just give them a call. If the problem requires service, they dispatch one of their contracted technicians to perform the repairs no matter where I am. And I’ve tested this – in California, Michigan and Texas. Local, on-site service – regardless of where you happen to be.
CFS has been dealing with this type of scenario for more than 15 years. As a vendor partner for many national organizations, we’ve always had to provide local service even though our offices only reside in California and Michigan.
How do we do it? The same way a company like Dell does. We work with multiple service organizations, dealers and suppliers all over the country to provide local support to our customers. Over the years, we’ve learned what contractors work best in what areas and have hand-selected our partners to ensure that the best possible service is always provided.
We offer FREE ON-SITE INSTALLATION for many of our higher-end products. We don’t expect you to buy a $10,000 paper cutter and set it up yourself! Our local technicians will not only set-up your machine, but will also train you on the operation of the equipment. And of course, we’ll be there for further consultation should you experience problems in the future.
So just because CFS Binding Supplies isn’t in your backyard doesn’t mean that we can’t provide local service and support. We believe strongly in providing exceptional Customer Service and local support is part of that package.
So tell us, have you ever been impressed with the local service that was provided by a national company? Share in the comments below.
