At first glance, this coil binding machine looks much like the very popular Akiles CoilMac-M, but in a stealthy carbon color. Then your eyes go toward the top left and there is something different and unexpected.
Announcing a new, lower-priced way to insert your plastic binding coils – thanks to the brand new Akiles CoilMac-ER coil punch with a built-in electric coil inserter roller – something normally found on coil binding machines costing around 50% more. This coil bound booklet binding solution features an easy pull handle that punches 4:1 pitch holes in up to 12 sheets of 2o lb. bond. The open throat on the right punches sheets up to up to 13″ inches long – and the handy hole alignment guide allows you to perfectly align a second punch on longer sheets up to 26 inches. And inserting plastic coil is a breeze – just press on the included foot pedal and your coil is spun through al the holes in just a couple seconds.
