Are you a Costco shopper? I imagine that many of you are…but let’s be honest, how many of you shop at Costco for the free samples? Or maybe you go to Costco for the free samples, and then happen to buy something while you’re there. Sound familiar?
I’m as guilty as anyone – I may not need anything from the store, but when my kids are hungry, Costco is a great, low-cost ‘snack stop’ on my mind! And of course, this is brilliant marketing on Costco’s part, as I almost always leave with something in my hands; possibly even the product that I just sampled.

While our motives may be different, we at CFS are also happy to provide free samples to our customers. Let’s face it, we’d rather you not return a box of coil or a pack of covers because you bought the wrong size or color – so why not get a sample first to confirm the size and color before you take a guess at what to purchase? We gladly mail out samples of binding supplies for free.

Of course, as a CFS customer, you are always covered under our 15-Day Return Policy, but we’d still prefer to see you purchase the right product the first time. And while we’re at it, let me clarify our return policy. We offer 100% no-hassle returns on any of our products; machines included. You can return any item for ANY REASON within 15-days for a full refund (less the return shipping cost). Of course, we want to do everything possible to avoid returns, thus the reason we’re willing to ship free samples.
