The other day I purchased a TV cable from a local electronics store. While the cables I purchased looked very close to what I needed, one end of the cable was slightly different than the one for my computer, so back to the store I went.
Upon returning to the store, I was informed that they don’t take any returns on items that have been opened. No exceptions. Excuse me? How in the world can you tell if a product works or not without opening the package? Does that make any sense at all? Needless to say, that company has since lost all of my business – forever.
I want to be very clear about the ‘no-hassle’ 15-Day Return Policy that we offer at CFS Binding Supplies.
You are able to return ANY ITEM, machines included, within 15-days of purchase for ANY REASON. And yes, the item can be opened – be sure to put it back in the box before you ship it back!
Just follow these simple steps for a true no-hassle return experience:
1. Save all of the original packing material.
2. Contact CFS at 1-888-237-3221 to obtain a return authorization number
3. Ship the item back to one of the many CFS warehouses (we’ll tell you which one)
4. Credit is issued within 30-days of receipt
